In the event of an emergency, please use routes marked with this sign to evacuate.After an earthquake, you can find out the intensity and where it happened by watching TV reports. You can also confirm the likelihood of a tsunami.Secure large furniture items, such as wardrobes, with anti-collapse devices (転倒防止金具[tento boshikanagu]).Stick shatter-proof film (飛散防止フィルム[hisanboshifilm]) on windowpanes so that the glass will not shatter if it breaks.Confirm in advance whether or not your escape route is safe.Try and keep doors and corridors clear of items that could fall over easily, so that your escape route isn’t blocked.Do not store items on top of wardrobes.
