Returning JET Programme Participants Farewell Ceremony (July 3rd)

19 participants, who would expire their term in July or August, paid a courtesy visit to the Governor on July 3rd.  They are invited through JET program for the purpose of promoting international exchange for Kagawa Prefecture.

After the governor's speech of thanks, Mr. Brian Caster, an ALT assigned to Senior High School Board of Education, made a farewell speech in Japanese on behalf of returning JET participants.  After that, each of them made a short speech in Japanese.  Though some of them having stayed in kagawa long and others short, they talked about their memories in Kagawa fluently.
