Courtesy visit from the ambassador of the Republic of South Africa with the Governor (July 25th)

The ambassador expressed his wish to enhance exchange, not only in the economy, but also among people through culture, education, and tourism. Next year marks the 100th year anniversary of establishing the diplomatic relations between Japan and South Africa. Commemorative events will be held in Tokyo and other cities throughout Japan.

Preparation for FIFA World Cup is continuing favorably, and their national team is becoming stronger after the Confederation Cup. He would by all means like us to come and watch the World Cup and enjoy the beautiful country.
