Acceptance of CIR Written Appointment (August 6th)
Mr. Jeremy Lanig, who transferred from Assistant language Teacher (ALT) to Coordinator for International Relations (CIR), and Mr. Christopher McCabe, who renewed his contract for the second year as a CIR, received written appointments from the Governor. Both CIRs are from the USA. They were invited to participate in JET programme for the purpose of promoting international exchange for Kagawa Prefecture.
Jeremy is receiving a written appointment from the Governor.
Jeremy worked as an ALT in Mitoyo City for three years. He began working at International Affairs Division as a CIR this summer. Chris began his second year as a CIR and expressed his hopes to make an impact on the Setouchi International Art Festival and other events in Kagawa Prefecture.
