The 15th Anniversary Commemoration of the Friendship Ties Between Shaanxi Province and Kagawa Prefecture(2)
Cultural exchange was mapped out at the Kagawa International Exchange Association (IPAL) through calligraphy, cherished by both Japan and China. Wishing for an increase in exchange and development for both Kagawa Prefecture and Shaanxi Province, they planted Kagawa's prefectural tree, the Olive tree.
