Counseling Services for Foreign Residents (Legal and General)
We offer "Legal and General Counseling Services for Foreigners" to help solve issues and problems occurring in daily life confronted by foreigners residing in Japan.

Note: Registration required, counseling free of charge and confidentiality kept.

*The Center is closed on Mondays. If a holiday falls on a Monday, the Center will remain open on that day and the subsequent Tuesday is treated as the holiday.

If you are in need of legal counseling right away, please consult with the Japan Legal Support Center (Houterasu). This organization operates throughout the country providing information about Japan's legal system and about legal counseling. It has also begun offering free multilingual interpretation service for foreign residents (in English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and Tagalog). *However, they cannot provide legal counseling services over the phone.
