Kagawa Prefecture, Kagawa International Exchange Association (I-PAL Kagawa) and the city/town you live in will send you information about daily life, announcements for upcoming events, and bulletins approximately four times a year, free of charge.

For foreign residents, the Basic Resident Registration Network System will commence operation on July 8, 2013.Furthermore, foreign residents will be eligible to receive a Basic Resident Registration Card.
